Lesson Policies

1. Lesson tuition is billed in advance ; Invoices are sent via e-mail 

2. (1) 30 min Lesson $40

3. Lessons are sold in a series of 4 lessons at a time 

 

Cancellation: 

 

1. If a student cancels a lesson under 24 hours for any reason, or misses a lesson, full lesson tuition is still due, and will not be credited. 

2. If the instructor cancels a lesson, and is not able to schedule a make-up lesson, the student will receive a credit for the missed lesson.

3. If student gives 24 hour notice of cancellation of a lesson, only  (1) lesson per series will be credited. 

*At the instructor’s discretion, the policy of 24hrs. notice of cancellation may be waived in the case of sudden, unpredictable illness or accident.

Scheduling :

Contact Amber directly for scheduling. If you have a day/time for the school year, you will automatically receive the same day/time the following year as a courtesy. If you need to change day/time, it is first come, first serve. 

 

Lessons are normally 1-2 X per week. Every-other week lessons are not permitted. If special scheduling is needed, it will be considered on a case by case basis.
